Every time we visit Zagreb, we love staying here. the hotel, which deserves more than 3 stars, has cozy rooms. - They serve a delicious and satisfying breakfast. - the variety of food offered was fantastic. - the location is perfect, just minutes away from the central plaza.

The staff here are the best and very efficient, plus the location is absolutely perfect and within easy walking distance of Upper Town.

Look at the pictures on the Internet: it's exactly what you will see and experience ! Splendid ! Incredibly wonderful situation: in the main street but not directly on it (connected through a short lane, and thus very quiet), where the old and new towns connect, great base to visit everything, shopping, enjoying the street cafés ...courtyard as a private garden whith fountain, birds singing, armchairs to relax .. in the core of a 1,000,000 people capital city ! Very secured parking courtyard a few streets away. Perfect internet connection. Room and breakfast ok. Unfortunately the most beautiful roses have painful thorns ... please read further ...I hope the manager/owner will read too ...

The hotel is supposed to be a "pansion" with "restaurant"...but the restaurant was not working. When you are enjoying the garden, maybe you would like a drink ? Sorry, the bar does not open until late afternoon. The staff is not professional, seems to be students, very busy with their own notebook (exams ?), please don't disturb, extremely unpleasant and very rude to my wife (help yourself from the mini bar in your room !, she was told, when asking for a coke at 3 p.m.). No service, no information, I would have fired the first receptionist on the spot ! Lots of stairs, no lift, no help with the luggage (we are in the sixties). Good luck getting there with your car, 100% pedestrian ! You cannot even stop in the vicinity - you need to be 2 !

I was very pleased to find the hotel staff very welcoming and the room clean. I was particularly impressed by the quiet atmosphere.The hotel is located in the heart of Zagreb and from here you can actually reach any point of touristic interest in the city. I warmly recommend Jagerhorn and I'll certainly stay there if I come to Zagreb again.

Impeccably clean units with a bathtub and courteous staff. Lovely options at breakfast. - Marvellous and incredible location - really close to restaurants and cafés. - Found in a calm area, walk from a tower and a sanctuary. Overall, had a fantastic stay at Hotel Jagerhorn in Zagreb. the rooms were spotlessly clean, equipped with a bathtub, and the staff was very friendly. the breakfast options were fantastic, and the hotel's location couldn't have been better - surrounded by restaurants and cafes. being situated in a peaceful area within walking distance of a tower and a sanctuary added to the charm of the stay.

Great location right next to walkway up to the old town. The room I had faces the garden with view of the Buglar's tower.
